About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a digital marketing, advertising, media, or agency environment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating leads, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth by selling marketing and branding solutions to businesse
Key Responsibilities
Familiarize yourself with all services offered by the company.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting channels.
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into clients.
Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable marketing solutions.
Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
Attend networking events and industry forums to build business relationships.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project handover.
Gather client feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Client Servicing Expert Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all clients and handling their queries and requests promptly and professionally
- Developing a deep understanding of clients' businesses, goals, and needs to offer tailored solutions and recommendations
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Analyzing client feedback and providing insights and recommendations for improving service quality and client retention
- Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
- Preparing and presenting reports and other documentation to clients, including progress reports, proposals, and contracts
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to anticipate client needs and offer innovative solutions
- Managing conflicts or disputes that arise with clients and finding effective and timely solutions to resolve them

Requirements

Business

Development Executive :

  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media, or Agency Sales.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services and solutions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

  • Ability to identify client pain points and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Strong research, prospecting, and lead generation skills.

  • Experience using CRM tools and maintaining sales pipelines.
