About the Role
We are searching for a Client Servicing Expert who is both amiable and highly analytical. As part of this role, you will be responsible for answering customer queries and addressing concerns through appropriate communication channels. It will be necessary for you to stay up-to-date with our product and service offerings while also gathering customer feedback. A successful Client Service Specialist will exhibit strong time management skills and possess a genuine enthusiasm for customer service and personal development. Client Servicing Expert Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all clients and handling their queries and requests promptly and professionally
- Developing a deep understanding of clients' businesses, goals, and needs to offer tailored solutions and recommendations
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Analyzing client feedback and providing insights and recommendations for improving service quality and client retention
- Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
- Preparing and presenting reports and other documentation to clients, including progress reports, proposals, and contracts
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to anticipate client needs and offer innovative solutions
- Managing conflicts or disputes that arise with clients and finding effective and timely solutions to resolve them

Client Servicing Expert Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience
Prior experience working in digital marketing (would be a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop solutions for clients.
A customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service and support.
A passionate yet patient demeanour to service clients with ease
Experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
A detail-oriented approach to managing client accounts and documentation.
Familiarity with CRM software and other client management tools.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to changing client needs and priorities.
