About the Role
* Plan, execute, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Lead Generation, Traffic, Conversions, Brand Awareness).
* Build and optimize B2B lead generation funnels for clients across industries.
* Audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience setup.
* Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to deliver high-performing ads.
* Monitor budgets, scale winning campaigns, and reduce cost inefficiencies.
* Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal teams and clients.
* Stay updated with LinkedIn Ads platform updates and industry best practices.
Requirements
Requirement
3–4 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn Performance Marketing.
Proven experience managing medium to high ad budgets on LinkedIn.
In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven mindset.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Experience working in a marketing agency is a strong advantage.
